Digital Products (Music, Downloads, Voiceovers, etc.)

- All digital products are final sale.

- Once files are delivered or downloaded, we cannot provide refunds.

Services (Creative Work, Consulting, Production)

- Refunds or cancellations may only be offered if outlined in the service agreement.

- If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact us at info@thelucidmirror.com so we can review

options.

Physical Products (If Offered)

- You may return unused and unopened physical products within 14 days of delivery.

- Items must be in their original packaging.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.

Processing Refunds

- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
